JLL Income Property Trust

We partnered with Marketing Intent to implement their refreshed design for JLL IPT in Craft CMS, focusing on a modular, editor‑friendly build. Management’s goal was to streamline navigation with a flatter IA; we supported this with a clean content model and a mega menu that makes high‑value sections easy to reach. The result is a pragmatic implementation that prioritizes maintainability, accessibility-minded markup, and a performance-oriented loading strategy over flashy visuals.

Scope & Approach

We translated the partner design into a componentized Craft build, featuring flexible templates for common content types, a structured content model aligned with primary sections, and clear authoring guidance.

Navigation was flattened to reduce depth, and the mega menu surfaces what visitors reach for first without adding page‑builder overhead.

On the engineering side, we emphasized a lean asset footprint (image handling, code splitting, caching headers) and accessibility‑minded semantics so editors “do the right thing by default” as the site grows.

Highcharts powers interactive performance charts, Mapbox renders the portfolio map, and a nightly feed updates net asset value (NAV) so figures stay current without manual edits.

The engagement covers three properties, not one. Alongside the Craft CMS site, cre8 builds and maintains two WordPress sites: one publishes the daily NAV by share class, portfolio detail, corporate governance, and regulatory filings; the other presents the 1031 like-kind exchange programs that let investors defer tax when they sell appreciated real estate.
