Eric Gockel
Founder, UX Strategy
Eric founded cre8 in 1997, back when the title was “webmaster” and the job was everything — design, code, servers. UX is still his home base. The regulated-industry fluency came from the client side, out of necessity: selling 403(b) plans and insurance at Travelers (where he held a Series 7), running ecommerce at CDW, leading product at optionsXpress. Design-first, compliance-literate — that’s the combination cre8 is built on.
