Challenge
Tax Credit Advisor (TCA) is NH&RA’s award-winning monthly magazine on affordable housing finance and tax credit development. Until recently, the publication lived on NH&RA’s main website as FlippingBook PDFs, with only partial HTML duplicates. TCA aimed to replace that PDF workflow with a fully digital, mobile-friendly site, complete with a Stripe-powered subscription model.
Approach/Solution
cre8 built TCA’s website on WordPress 6.x with custom editorial tools, lightning‑fast performance, and ADA‑compliant design—giving editors a modern workflow and readers an intuitive, mobile‑first experience.
